Speaking of expensive, Paris has the highest number of expensive streets in Europe. Therefore it will come as no surprise that the Avenue Des Champs-Élysées is one of the most expensive streets for commercial properties in the world.
Situated alongside the world famous Arch de Triomphe, this street is home to every big fashion house you can think of. Walking down this street transports you into another world and is a treat to explore – even if you can’t afford the price tag on the items in the shops.
- Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
Moving into Asia, you can find Hong Kong’s answer to the most expensive street. Causeway Bay is the street with the top price tag for commercial rent in all of Asia and is one of the most expensive in the world.
Not only can you find luxury brands dotted all the way down this street but it is home to some of the top hotels in Hong Kong as well. You can find the Excelsior and The Regal Hong Kong Hotel on Causeway Bay making it a one stop shop for all your luxury needs.

There are plenty of streets across the globe that house some of the wealthiest people around. From penthouses with breath taking views, to houses with pools you could fit a standard studio inside them, let’s look at some of the most expensive streets in the world to live on.
- Avenue Princess Grace, Monaco
Named after the infamous Grace Kelly, this is one of the most expensive streets to live on in the world. Monaco is known for being a playground for the rich and famous. It houses one of the oldest and most famous casinos in the world – Casino de Monte Carlo.
These beautiful seafront properties are owned by the rich and famous and are in short supply. In fact, there is so little space on this street that properties are only available to rent out at the current time.
- Kensington Palace Gardens, London
Known as ‘Billionaire’s Row’, this street is one of the most prestigious to live on. There are a few properties situated on it alongside some foreign embassies. It’s not just renowned in London but carries its fame around the world.
Due to its fame and the price tag on the properties on the street, there are rarely any available. The most expensive property to sell on this street went for £80 million to a tycoon named Wang Jianlin.
